What the service is
We provide individual financial-planning consultations and ongoing planning support focused on household budgeting and cash-flow planning. The service is delivered as working sessions, written diagnoses, a 12-month rolling cash-flow plan, and scheduled variance reviews. The exact scope of each engagement is described on the services page and confirmed in writing before any engagement starts.
What the service is not
We do not provide investment advice, securities recommendations, insurance product sales or referrals, tax filing or tax advisory, estate planning, or any regulated financial activity that requires a licence we do not hold. Where the planning work surfaces a question that requires one of those, we will tell you in writing and recommend you speak to a licensed professional. We do not take referral fees from anyone we recommend.

You may browse this site without agreeing to anything. Submitting the inquiry form sends your data to our same-domain handler at /api/inquiry and to the inbox at info@gridschema-system.digital; see /privacy/ for how that data is handled. No analytics or third-party tracking runs on the site; see /cookies/.
Engagements and fees
Fees are quoted in New Taiwan dollars, no decimals, per Taiwan convention. The current fees are listed on the services page and are confirmed in writing before the engagement begins. Fees are payable as agreed in the written confirmation. Cancellation, withdrawal and refund rules are on the /refund/ page.
Your responsibilities
For the consultation to be useful, you need to send a quarter of statements (bank and card) plus any recurring bills you manage on the side. The accuracy of the plan depends on the accuracy of the data you provide. We will tell you in writing if the data is not enough to produce a plan, and we will not charge for a session we cannot run.
Our responsibilities
We deliver the engagement as described on the services page and in the written confirmation. We keep your personal data only as described in /privacy/. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes — household cash flow depends on events outside any planner’s control, and we will never promise a result we cannot stand behind.
Consumer protection
Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act (消費者保護法) applies to engagements with consumers. The seven-day cooling-off (七日猶豫期) baseline for distance sales and the rules on distance-selling disclosures are reflected in our /refund/ policy.
Intellectual property
The written chart of accounts, the planning templates, and the method notes we use are our own work. The diagnosis and the rolling plan we produce for you are yours to keep. You may not redistribute our templates or method notes without written permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our service changes. The latest version is the one published on this page; the publication date tells you which version is current. We do not retroactively change the terms of an engagement that has already started.
Governing law
These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute is brought before the courts of Taipei City unless we agree otherwise in writing.
