Step 01Intake

You send three months of statements.

After the first email we send a short intake note asking for three months of bank and card statements, plus recurring bills. PDF or screenshot is fine. Nothing is uploaded to a third-party processor — files arrive at info@gridschema-system.digital on this domain and stay there.

Time: 15 minutes of your time · No fee yet

Step 02Baseline session

We sit together for 90 minutes and classify.

In the Taipei office or over a video call, we label every line item against a fixed household chart of accounts. You see the categories form as we go. The session ends with a printed or PDF baseline ledger and one next-action item.

Time: 90 minutes · Fee: NT$3,500 (baseline consultation)

Step 03Diagnose

We name the leaks in writing.

Within five business days of the baseline session you receive a short written diagnosis: three to seven named findings, each with the dollar exposure over a year. No scoring, no rating, no scare tactics — just the leaks, named, in sentences you can act on.

Time: 5 business days · Included in baseline

Step 04Plan

We draft the 12-month rolling cash-flow plan.

If you continue to the rolling plan, we draft a month-by-month plan keyed to your income rhythm and your recurring obligations, including the irregular ones. The plan shows the surplus or shortfall before the month closes, and any month heading for a deficit is marked in advance.

Time: 7 business days · Fee: NT$12,000 (12-month plan)

Step 05Review

We close the loop on a fixed cadence.

Quarterly by default, monthly during transitions. At each review we lay the plan next to the actuals, go through every line that diverged, and revise the following month. You receive a written variance note and a single next-action item.

Cadence: quarterly or monthly · Ongoing support NT$2,500/month

Step 06Re-plan

Once a year, we rebuild from scratch.

Once every twelve months we rebuild the baseline from new statements and re-issue a fresh 12-month plan. Households change; plans built on a stale baseline break silently. The annual re-plan is included in ongoing support, and available as a one-off for the rolling plan.

Time: annual · Included in ongoing support

// 13 — Process FAQ

Questions about the process, answered.

Do I need to share everything I spend?

No. We need a quarter of bank and card statements and any recurring bills you handle separately. Cash spending you manage yourself — we give you a small tracking sheet, but we do not require it.

Is the consultation in English or Mandarin?

Either. The written chart of accounts is in English by default; we can switch to Traditional Chinese for the session and the diagnosis on request. The numbers do not change between languages.

What if my household income is irregular?

Irregular income is exactly what the rolling plan is built for. We model inflow as a distribution, not a fixed monthly number, and we set the reserve target against the lowest-quartile month. This is the most common case we see.

Can I bring my partner to the session?

Yes — for a household plan, both adults who share the cash flow should be in the baseline session. There is no additional fee for a second attendee. For ongoing support, monthly reviews can be joint or single.

What happens to my statements after the engagement ends?

Files you sent are deleted from info@gridschema-system.digital on request, or automatically twelve months after the engagement ends. The plan and diagnosis are yours to keep. See /privacy/ for the full retention rule.
