Controller
The data controller for this website and for any inquiry you submit is GridSchema Financial Planning Co., Ltd. (格網財務規劃有限公司), UBN 76462065, represented by Lin Yu-Che (林宇哲), at No. 88, Sec. 4, Zhongxiao E. Rd., Da’an Dist., Taipei City, Taiwan. Contact: info@gridschema-system.digital, +886 2 2718 4635.
What we collect and why
We collect only the personal data you choose to send us, and only for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and, if you engage us, for delivering the household budgeting and cash-flow planning service.
- Inquiry form. Name, email, optional phone, optional household context, and your message. Purpose: to reply to your inquiry and prepare for an initial conversation. Legal basis: your consent (PDPA Art. 19). We keep inquiry form data for up to twelve months after our last exchange, then delete it.
- Engagement files. Bank and card statements, recurring bills, and any planning notes you send us. Purpose: to deliver the consultation and the rolling 12-month plan. Legal basis: contract performance (PDPA Art. 19). We keep engagement files for twelve months after the engagement ends, then delete them unless you ask us to keep them longer.
- Consent preference. Your cookie-consent choice, stored in your own browser under the key
gridschema_consent_v1. This never leaves your device.
We do not collect browsing analytics, IP-based tracking, device fingerprints, advertising identifiers, or any third-party tracking data. No analytics or third-party tracking runs on this site.
How inquiries are handled
When you submit the inquiry form on the contact page, your data is sent as JSON to a server-side handler on this same domain (/api/inquiry). It is not sent to a third-party form processor, email marketing service, or CRM. The handler forwards the inquiry to a single inbox at info@gridschema-system.digital, where it is read by a person and used only to reply to you.
What we share
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We share data only when required by Taiwan law (for example, a lawful request under PDPA Art. 20), or with a service provider bound by a written confidentiality obligation and acting only on our instructions — for example, the email provider that hosts our inbox. We never share inquiry data with advertisers, data brokers, or investment, insurance, or lending partners.
Your rights under PDPA
Under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act you may:
- request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- request a copy of that data;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your data, subject to retention required by law or by an active engagement;
- withdraw your consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@gridschema-system.digital from the email address you used in your inquiry. We reply within thirty days.
Retention
Inquiry form data: deleted twelve months after our last exchange. Engagement files: deleted twelve months after the engagement ends, unless you request earlier deletion or ask us to keep them longer. Consent preference: persists in your browser until you clear site storage.
Security
Inquiry data is transmitted over HTTPS to a same-domain handler. Engagement files are stored in the single inbox at info@gridschema-system.digital. We do not maintain a separate customer database. Access to the inbox is limited to the representative named above and to staff acting under written confidentiality.
Children
We do not provide services to minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a minor has sent us data, write to the email above and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice when our practices change. The date of the last change is the publication date of this page on this site. We do not retroactively change how we handled your data.
Cross-border note
Our inbox and the same-domain form handler are operated from Taiwan. If you submit an inquiry from outside Taiwan, your data is processed in Taiwan under PDPA. We do not transfer personal data to any other jurisdiction unless required to reply to you, and only with your consent.
